I specialize in the commercial side of founder-led B2B companies — where sales work in practice, but lack the structure and leadership needed to scale predictably.My background is operational, not advisory. Over +9 years in B2B sales and commercial leadership, I built a sales organization from the ground up, expanded into multiple markets and saw revenue grow from ~25M to ~135M DKK over 7 years — a +5x increase driven by disciplined execution and market expansion.Along the way, I completed executive development programs, including including a 1:1 executive seminar in Dubai with Henrik Fruergaard (GrowU) and leadership training at CfL (Center for Ledelse) in Copenhagen.I’ve seen what happens inside founder-led companies when growth accelerates faster than structure: deals pile up, decisions slow down and the founder becomes the commercial bottleneck.
